Ok background on Joad is he's actually pretty cool, he just like pissing people off,  kind of like a class clown that doesn't ever stop pushing people's buttons.
So he went too far with the racist thing, and he got a 24 hour ban for it.
But for iron man, that wasn't enough. He wanted Joad banned forever, and he felt like the mods didn't care about what he had to say, so he got super mad and I tried convincing him to stay, because I'm nice and I told him Joad always likes to mess around, and he got punished for it etc, but he was like the mods don't respect me, this is unfair, I'm not wanted blah blah blah an he left.
It was a bit overdramatic.

Uh,yeah..but we AREN"T gonna find the time.Not like that,but almost when we hit 28,or even 30,or get really busy,we have ALOT of work to do then.And we still are gonna admin the board,but this takes a whole lot of work itself.And we are the activity direcors(sorta),but i think we need someone to help us out.

Everyone should have been sent a PM with very little information considering this matter.Starting from the GA Competition to the current HPFFF Contest,
the Admins have been really busy with the main issue of recruiting members and managing the site,so the solution to this is:Activity Director.
This person will really "Admin"THIS BOARD ONLY.There will be only one activity director,unless this board is really outgoing,which lead to another contest.This isn't a contest,this is just an open position,but not any random person can fulfill the post.A few rules are there,and you have to enroll and also do a few things first.Please take the time to read below.

Job:
Create Contests which the activity director must first discuss and confirm with the admins about,before publishing!
Manage Contests
Take Surveys
Create Polls
Judge(only partially,the main judging will go to the members)
Create Banners or Something for a reward
Think of Rewards
Do the Rewards
Etc

How to Enroll:
PM BOTH the Admins.

Requirements:
A good length essay(not too long) about why you want to enroll,what you would like to do IF you get this position,and why you think you would be the best AD out of the rest
Reply,and say"I wanna enroll"or something so you can be on our list of en-rollers
DO SOMETHING BEFORE 10/27/13

How the Contest Works:
After we get all the submissions,we need members to vote!
You may vote for yourself.
